Shay’la Cassey, School-Age Program Site Coordinator.
Ramelfo “Fito” Frometa, Area IV Streetworker and Case Manager. He comes to us with a backround in youth work, community organizing, and substance abuse prevention. Most recently he was the Director of the Cambridge Boys and Girls Club and has over 10 years experience with nonprofits.
Barbara Kibler has been the Executive Director since 2004 and brings extensive experience in non-profit management from the past 25+ years. Barbara has previously been the ED of four Boston area agencies. Her expertise is building and strengthening programs and organizations.
Liz Looker, Development Associate. Liz joins MFNH after serving in AmeriCorps as a Highland Street Corps Ambassador of Mentoring at East End House. She has a BA from Hampshire College in Sociology and Fine Art with a focus in media and cultural studies.
Megan Ryan, School-Age Program Teacher. She has a BA in Psychology from Roger Williams University and has been involved at MFNH since 2007.
Annie Small, Operations Manager. Annie is a long-time Area IV resident. She graduated from Cambridge College in 2010 with a M.Ed. in licensure program for Mental Health and Addiction Counseling. She brings extensive knowledge of the Area IV community and experience working with children and as a small business owner.
Richell Small, School-Age Program Teacher.
Mark Stearns, School-Age Program Director. He has a BA in English and Philosophy and began at MFNH since 2005. Mark has also worked in numerous after school and summer programs in the Boston area. In addition to coordinating the program he enjoys working with children with their math and science skills.
Roscoe Thomas Area IV Coordinator. Roscoe served as the Director of Programs and Volunteer Services with Tutoring Plus of Cambridge for two years before joining our team. He has fourteen years of experience at City Year Boston, most recently as Dean of City Year Boston, and has also spent many years as a Department of Corrections Professional.
