The mission of the Margaret Fuller House is to strengthen and empower youth, families, and community residents. We work to address the economic, social and political inequities that shape the lives and futures of Port/Area IV residents.
Cambridge has once again been voted one of the nations top 100 communities for young people in 2010 by Americas Promise. Organizations like the Community Arts Center, Young Peoples’ Project, and the Margaret Fuller Neighborhood House (to name a few) are being recognized and awarded today at the Spotlight on Afterschool Event.
A lot of good people have worked very hard to provide quality programming and nurturing environments to enrich the education of the youth in our community. We greatly appreciate the recognition and look forward to the challenging task of being on the top 100 list the following year.
