Programs Overview
As the Margaret Fuller House provides a broad
range of services to over 1,500 residents of Area IV Cambridge, we
focus on community building through core programs and services. Following our tradition of helping immigrants and addressing
community concerns, we open our doors to a changing neighborhood and
create a supportive environment for building community. Strong
communities have a better chance of combating crime, drug abuse,
mental and social deterioration caused by isolation and
disenfranchisement.
Our programs include after-school daycare and
summer programs for children 5-12 years, an emergency food pantry,
computer classes and an open technology lab, outreach to at-risk young
adults 18-32 years, and a new collaborative program providing playgroups
for young children (0-6 years) as well as parent training. Please visit
our program descriptions and get involved!
